We have been at La Mirage for a week than tried another Swinger Resort but came quickly back to La Mirage to spend another 3 weeks here. Besides a few negative points like the cold pool and the loungers instead of some mattresses around the pool the place is definetly the best on all the Canary Islands. Excellent location, excellent service and cleanliness. Been to La Mirage twice in the last year and loved it, yes it could do with a few little tweaks here and there but it still is a great place to let it all hang out.
Rooms are basic but do the job, yes the pool is cold but on certain occasions is a welcome relief, beside's, the jacuzzi will soon warm you if there are no willing volunteers.
The bar does the job drink and food wise, but there are plenty of local cafe's and bars nearby to use if needed. The manager Mandy is very approachable and willing to help out in anyway possible. Visited in Feb for a short stay and it was pretty much as expected.
The atomosphere is libertine and the accommodation is similar to the nearby Magnolias naturist resort. If I was being 'picky' there are a couple of comments that may help add to the enjoyment of this resort. The pool is unheated, which is not ideal in the winter months surely solar heating could be installed. The sunbeds are OK, but it would be better if there was a few more sun umbrellas. There is little shade in the pool area and being naked all day in the sun doesn't suit everybody.
In other resorts of this type you often find double sunbeds see Hotel Jardin D'Eden or Desire resort which add to the fun. The bar snacks and service was good, but limited.
